Interviewer: Mrs. Anuradha, it’s a pleasure to have you with us. Could you tell us about your experience representing Class Saathi at the Samsung Singapore event?
Mrs. Sharma: Thank you! Being invited to such a global platform was incredible. Seeing fellow educators and tech innovators at EduTech Asia, I felt a true sense of being part of a transformative change. To stand alongside the creators, not just users of educational tools, was a moment of pride.
Interviewer: Can you share a bit about your background and how it shaped your career?
Mrs. Sharma: Absolutely! I was born in Bodhgaya and grew up all over India since my father was in the defense forces. I initially wanted to be a cardiologist, but life had other plans, leading me to microbiology. After having my first child, I experienced a unique shift in my mindset, seeing the joy in children’s faces. That led me to pursue teaching as a heartfelt career.
Interviewer: What makes your school, Anantha Vidyaniketana, unique?
Mrs. Sharma: At our school, we truly believe that every child has a unique strength. We don’t label anyone as “below average.” With support from the school’s management, we focus on developing each student’s potential, promoting growth at their own pace.
Interviewer: Any advice for teachers today?
Mrs. Sharma: We need to encourage self-expression, support moral and self-confidence growth, and assess students individually. I use varied questioning strategies, adapting them to each student’s level, which has been very effective in building trust and understanding.
Interviewer: What are some classroom strategies you employ?
Mrs. Sharma: I often pair students—one stronger in studies with one who needs more attention. They learn best from each other and feel comfortable. If a student struggles, I address both academic and emotional needs, as that can often be the underlying issue.
Interviewer: How has Class Saathi been part of your journey?
Mrs. Sharma: Class Saathi has been an incredible platform! The support I receive from the team feels like chatting with friends, not just partners. The platform makes assessments fun, and my students are eager to reach 100% mastery. One student even told me she wants to prepare for NEET with Class Saathi!
Interviewer: That’s wonderful to hear! Thank you for sharing your story with us, Mrs. Sharma.
